How do I submit payment for a course if our agency is paying for it?

If your agency is paying for the course and would like to be billed for the registration fee please complete the agency billing section on the registration form located in the bottom left corner of the form.

What is NRC’s cancellation policy?

If a student needs to cancel from a course NRC  must receive the notice no later than five days before the start of the class.

What if our agency needs a special class or needs a class conducted at our location?

What if I have a new idea for a course?
